Google analytics is a free analytics tool and it is offered by google which tracks and reports website traffic. It can aslo identify where visitors came, How long they spend and also their geographical position.

Direct visit

Visitors the web site by typing the URL directly into their web browser.

Organic visit 

Visitors directly into search google search engine.

Referral visit

Referred by links on other websites.

Social Media Visit 

Visitors from facebook, twitter.

Steps to a website with Google Analytics

• Login into google analytics with google account.
• Click Sign Up button and it will redirect to the following page which shows the information of our website.
• Adding account name.
• Adding the website name.
• And Select the category.

• Choose the Reporting Time zone as per the working country.
• Click on the button " Get Tracking ID ".

• You will get a google Analytics terms and conditions, by click I Accept button.

• Go to our blogger and click settings button and paste the id on text box.
• And click save settings.
• Go to our blogger click theme settings- Edit HTML . paste google analytics code inside the head section.

• And click save Theme.
• Click on Overview.
• Click on Real Time.

We can see the real time tracking overview of our website
